Why are some of our products not customizable?Updated 10 months ago

Some of our products are not customizable. Why is this? There are 3 possible reasons:

• Either it's a new product, and it's currently being tested by our Alsatian engraver. If the test proves positive, it will soon be available for engraving;
• Either the product's design patterns do not allow it to be properly engraved;
• Or the product's material does not allow engraving (for example, our glass teapots cannot be personalized).
